On sat I signed up with talk talk cuz it was cheaper. Phoned virgin to cancel last night and they upgraded me from 20 to 50 meg and about seven quid cheaper. Well worth the effort, me thinks. Like the new site.

Just tell them you want to cancel and why, they will do their best to keep you. Virgin is a good provider, never had a problem with them, price got a bit much, now got it for 19.95.

I used to have fibre optic, but had to cancel it. I find mobile net useful, and most of all, don't like to sign any contracts, but sometimes it'd be quicker if I'd use snail mail instead of e-mail.

I tried to cancel virgin cause we had all premium channels and still nothing on worth watching. They took off the premium channels and upgraded broadband from 50 meg to 120. That's faster than a gsxr

You haven't experienced bad until you move to America and have two choices of provider....AT&T or Verizon....both have as much coverage as a mouldy banana skin

Im with  ' 3 ' ...Mobile Dongle.. I was paying for upto 3 Meg speed and 15 Gig limit..For 15 quid... Ive been with them for some five years.. blimmey...Anyway Around Christmas time i started having problems with the download speed, I mean it was slower Than sendinmg a letter through Royal mail...... So after contacting them a fe w time s to tell them theres a proble, And getting fobbed off as usual by Some Guy in India.... I decided enough is enough lets Cancel... So i contacted them and told them to Cancel my Account :-/ This got me a Free new Mobile Wi-Fi box sent free of charge the next day... With speeds of upto 20 meg... and all for 16 quid.... A pound more than i was paying and as its Mobile i can take it to work..It has its own internal battery thats good for 7 hours use and it will also run upto 5 wifi devices... Its the size of a Fag box..
