Anyone a YouTuber??

Part of my pilot training includes vLogging (Video Logging) all my training, so in order to do this i've purchased a GoPro and suction cup and will be filing directly from inside the cockpit on my lessons.

I will be filming from my first lesson onwards, as and when i'm successful in getting an Airline job I will carry this on. I have created a YouTube account which is where all my vLoggs will go. First video was uploaded today.

Also, what editing soft do you use? Lightworks is very good, a bit akward at the beginning, but once you understand it, it's easy. And free for one year, although a bit cut down with functionality. It will allow you to save 720p mp4's that don't take a lot of space, not like WMM.

Well, that intro video was done on my iPhone using an app call 'YouTube Capture' but i've not really got as far as to think what i'll use the GoPro with. I follow a lad call Colin Prenger who's a pilot and he's done a few tutorials how to wire the GoPro into your headset so when filming you can also record the talk between yourself and the ATC tower which is something i'll definitely do! I'll have the camera between the front seats looking forward at the instrument panel...
