Hey y'all, I'm in East Mids - pretty much always up for a ride out if I've got fuel in one of the bikes, and always up for helping out with mechanical, electrical, aesthetic or other problems. Feel free to pop round (PM for address), kettle or Tassimo is always on, shed's always open Razz

Current rides are a 2004 FZ6 (called Belle), Pioneer Torro 125 rat/survival bike (depending on what my mood is the day before I take her out Razz) I have many other bikes - including a GL1200 and a CB550 and MANY other chinese/import bikes - but those are the ones on the road.

Keep the rust above the rubber guys and gals!

That sounds nice. Would pop in to see all these bikes when weather improves. And that would be an excuse to go to East Midlands Airport for few hours too Very Happy.

Thought the title did a pretty good job of explaining that Laughing

Last year I rode up to a funeral in Wigan, coming back to Nottingham I had no rear light, no headlight (just dim spot lights and brake light), there was gale force winds that brought tree's down across the road in front of me, and obviously the resulting debris all the way home, I had freezing fog, suicidal truckers coming over the hills, black ice, torrential rain and EVERY road I went on to get home got closed (remember last january?). I managed to get home at 1:30am having bombed it past a "road closed" sign over the M6 and taken some country roads over the hills back down to matlock. When I got there there was a bloody waterfall at the sainsburies petrol station, and a landslide I had to ride over on the way from Matlock to Notts. Cold wasn't the word.

I still ride every day Very Happy
